This policy explains the information RepeatOS processes when businesses use the platform and when customers interact with RepeatOS-powered menus, ordering, identity, and loyalty experiences.

Information we process

Business information may include business name, contact details, operating profile, menu content, service locations, dashboard credentials, and platform activity.

Customer information may include phone number, a device-stored display name, business-specific loyalty balances, visits, orders, service location, rewards, and redemption events.

Why we process it

  • Provide customer recognition, ordering, loyalty, and merchant analytics.
  • Authenticate customers and merchants and prevent misuse.
  • Operate, diagnose, secure, and improve RepeatOS.
  • Deliver service communications and onboarding materials.
  • Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing and sale

RepeatOS does not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, database, messaging, and email delivery services. We disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate operational records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Businesses and customers may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
